Primary Functions
Working to ensure accurate expense tracking and reporting to our clients, this position will employ auditing, accounting and customer relations skills. Individuals will participate in a training program and gain proficiency in areas to include; balancing property ledger accounts, preparing journal entries, maintaining control of the billing index in compliance with client deadlines and contract specifications, auditing home purchase and expense files and other special projects as assigned
Experience/Special Skills:
- Accounting or Finance degree required (four year degree)
- Strong communication and organizational skills needed

Client Services Consultant
Primary Functions
Working in a team environment, the Client Services Consultant focuses on assisting the transferee to make the best use of the program services. Responsibilities include: managing the pre-acquisition process, acting as the client advocate in dealing with third party contracts during the independent sales process, coordinating the marketing assistance, and other available services.

Support the Relocation Counselor in servicing the client's transferee during the relocation process. Coordinate the appraisal process, communicate the status of the transition process activities to the customer, and maintain the transferee's file.

Primary Functions
Analyze the relocation expenses incurred by the client's transferee during the relocation process. Process and audit expenses according to the client's relocation policy and IRS requirements. Approve expenses and generate reports.

- Degree in accounting, finance, math, or other related field

Primary Functions
Work closely with the clients. Manage the audit functions, process invoices, and prepare client audits. Some research reconciliations, and special project work is involved.
Education/Experience Requirements
- Four year degree (or equivalent) in a related field

- Solid interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills are essential

Primary Functions
In a team environment, manage the household goods process of a move. Counsel the customer as to what to expect from a professional household goods move. Coordinate and communicate policy. Manage the insurance claim process for the customer, and act as a liaison between the customer and the supplier.

Primary Functions
Liaison between van lines/freight forwarders and internal relocation counselors. Monitor all aspects of sea, air, and surface shipments. Ensure timely response to service issues, negotiate with suppliers on behalf of the customer, and manage the insurance claim process for the customer.
