The Cendant Mobility relocation appraisal network consists of over 4,000 appraisal professionals located throughout the United States.
Our preferred suppliers are among the most professional and accurate in the industry. They serve Cendant Mobility in approximately 100 high-volume markets and Standard Metropolitan Statistical Areas (SMSA). We also use approved suppliers for appraisal assignments based on transferee choice or in cases where a preferred appraiser panel has not been created.
Membership Criteria
Membership in the network is typically confined to practicing real estate appraisal professionals with a designation from a recognized professional association, such as the Appraisal Institute, National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers, or the American Society of Appraisers.
Qualifications for preferred suppliers are:
- Focus on residential work
- Documented track record of success in managing relocation appraisal assignments
- Valid state license/certification
- E-commerce capable with an internet mail account
- Attendance at Cendant Mobility's National Appraisal Symposium
- Annual membership fee of $300

Performance Evaluation and Training
Membership in the appraisal network is performance based.
Our performance standards are:
- Four percent gross variance (difference between appraiser's value and the sales price, divided by appraiser's value)
- Sixty-five percent of assignments fall within four percent gross variance
- Four calendar days from inspection date to receipt of verbal value
- Six calendar days from inspection date to receipt of written report
- Attendance at Cendant Mobility's National Appraisal Symposium
