"Best Performing" includes criteria such as success in inventory management, total direct operating expenses, days on market, resale loss, and transferee satisfaction with departure and destination services.

Membership Criteria Principal Brokers
Broker selection is based on the following criteria:
- Professional credentials (must be licensed and a member of the Multiple Listing Service)
- Market leader (#1-5) in each metropolitan service area, based on closed transactions
- Training programs for agents
- Relocation department, with staff dedicated to support Cendant Mobility business
- Cendant Mortgage relationship
- Commitment to send 100% agent-generated referrals through the Cendant Mobility Broker Network
- International and regional conference attendance
Performance Evaluation and Training
To ensure that they are aggressively marketing their properties using creative marketing techniques and cost-control procedures, Principal Brokers are reviewed every three, six, or twelve months, depending on volume. Reviews are conducted in person whenever possible. Broker performance is measured against goals established in prior review meetings.
Cendant Mobility's criteria for broker evaluation includes:
- Service ratings
- Creative marketing techniques
- Total costs incurred while holding the property
- Age in inventory
- Sales price versus listing price
- Cost-control procedures
- International and regional conference attendance
