ADT offers free system installation and preferred pricing to buyers of inventory properties, and Cendant Mobility's transferring employees. The free system installation is a $99 value, which includes a standard keypad, two door sensors, one motion sensor, telephone connection, yard signs, and window decals. The service contract is $24.95 per month for a 36-month period.

Aon Home Warranty Service, Inc. is a national home warranty company that provides coverage when a mechanical system fails or an appliance breaks down.
This service helps Cendant Mobility's clients and transferees maximize the sale price of their homes and reduce marketing time and carrying costs. Based on an independent market research company survey, a home sells 15% faster, on average, if a home warranty is offered. Aon Home Warranty Services is the only home warranty that is insured.

Oakwood Corporate Housing is the largest domestic provider of temporary housing, offering temporary accommodations for transferring families. Oakwood Corporate Housing will be expanding internationally.
Cendant Mobility has arranged for exclusive preferred national pricing and modified packages. In addition, Oakwood will refer and make every attempt to place a transferee in a competitor's housing if Oakwood Corporate Housing is unavailable or out of a transferee's budget range.

Petro Home Heating Oil is the largest home heating oil company, servicing the Northeast region from Massachusetts to Virginia. The company provides automatic oil delivery and service for oil heating systems.
Petro offers exclusive preferred pricing for inventory properties of Cendant Mobility. Discounted rates on oil deliveries, 20% discount on all service repairs, and an economic "electric to oil" conversion program for inventory properties are available. In addition, a special promotion will be given to buyers of these homes. This promotion includes $100 free oil, a free cleaning and system tune-up, and a 5-cent to 10-cent per-gallon discount on oil deliveries.

California-based Property I.D. USA is a real estate information technology firm that focuses on zone disclosure reporting. The service provides zone disclosure reports, as well as 13 other real-estate related reports to residential buyers and sellers in California.
